Field to improve performance in Well Services (completions and interventions).

- Identifying key areas for improvement through
studies and analysis;
- Training onshore and offshore personnel on principles of performance
optimisation;
- Introducing ‘Technical Limit’ practices through
onshore and offshore coaching in the planning and execution of
operations;
- Developing tools for managing performance;
- Facilitating planning and after-action review sessions
