Sea Project Coordination Working for a major oil company
as representative and focal point for interfaces and communication
between project participants (both internal departments and external
suppliers).
In addition to the role described above, ABC facilitated a paper
simulation of the activities to be performed following production
shutdown in order to allow the project participants to identify
optimum performance of these operations and to capture actions to
achieve this optimum. Three additional ABC personnel were used as
faciltators during this event.

ABC also ran emergency response training and a table-top
exercise to prove the validity of the project's emergency response
procedures. The exercise included representatives from several offshore
vessels that would be operating offshore during the project. Both
the training and the exercise were prepared and delivered at short
notice thereby illustrating ABC's commitment to reacting quickly to
client requirements.
