A recent search of Amazon.co.uk for books with ‘Implementation' in the title returned only 4000 hits compared to 21 000 for ‘strategy’; Why might this be? Is it because its reasonably easy to have a grand vision and yet very difficult to actually deliver so most writers concentrate on the easier option?
