Agile Business Consultants Ltd (Agile) is a Management Consultancy based in Aberdeen.  Founded in 2003, we specialise in helping clients deliver their projects successfully throughout the project lifecycle.

Our key innovation has been the development of the Project Co-ordinator role – based upon the military Chief of Staff concept.  Our Project Co-ordinators are all experienced managers who act as the Project Manager’s Chief of Staff.

Agile makes use of Technical Limit methodology whenever appropriate to help improve business performance.

Agile also provides one-off facilitation services for a range of meetings:
