Ray
has over 20 years experience in a wide range of roles and industries
including Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Health, Food &
Drink, Metal Products, and Clothing Manufacture.
Ray’s management experience includes project management,
performance and profit improvement, general management and administration,
consultancy, organisational development & management systems.
This management experience is supplemented by extensive IT skills
including system development capability for workflow, collaboration,
document and knowledge management applications.

In 2003 Ray became a founding director
of ABC. Since then, Ray has worked on contract to a major Oil and
Gas Exploration and Production
Company where he has developed the role of Project
Coordinator to help project teams comply with their company's own internal
governance processes and act as the Project Manager's "chief
of staff". This is now a key role within the company's subsea
projects organisation.
Ray continues to work as a Project Coordinator
himself while coaching 5 others to fulfill this role. Ray's previous
experience in subsea projects, including a period back in the
'80s as an Air Diver have proved invaluable in this role and he
has
recently been asked to take over as Interim Project Manager due
to the current incumbent taking an overseas posting.

| Ray’s qualifications include a BSc Honours
degree, a postgraduate diploma in IT in business, and an MBA from
Henley Management College. Ray is also a Principal Certified Lotus
Professional (PCLP) Application Developer for Notes and Domino
applications.
